The Rescue Litter Shield Plus is an improved version of the now retired CMC Rescue Litter Shield. Protect your patient from further trauma during stretcher evacuations and carry outs.

The shield provides the patient with protection from falling rocks and debris, inclement weather and scrub without compromising access to and visibility of the patient’s head. With its increased height, the Litter Shield Plus provides more room for patients on a backboard or stretcher insert and helps minimise the confined feeling for some patients.

The new mounting bracket eliminates the need for a separate railing clamp on the stretcher and allows the shield to fit most stretchers. Moulded of thick Lexan®, the Litter Shield Plus offers impact resistance with the clarity and weatherability of glass. Patient comfort is improved as the need for additional head and face protective equipment is reduced.
