The Ferno 309-7 Basket Stretcher's high-density polyethylene patient shell is supported and surrounded by a powder coated, monocoque design aluminium frame. The Stokes style litter has been updated to a black frame and red shell colour way.

- Full length underside runners provide additional support and assists when dragging over uneven terrain.
- A fully exposed outer rail provides good handling and attachment options.
- Suitable for vertical or horizontal lifting.
