The Kootenay Ultra Pulley is a functional and versatile knot-passing and high-strength tie-off pulley.  The rigging holes allow for optimum separation of tag lines and hoist ropes for reeving variations.  A greater spread between hoist pulleys reduces the chance of load spin.
